Minimum configuration for your computer is:

• A windows version 32bits must be installed:
  Vista, XP, 2000, NT4, WinMe, win98, win95 and perhaps win3.1x.
• Less than 3 MB on disk for install and more than 5 MB for run-time.
• 32 MB of memory seems to be at the minimum.
• Screen resolution of 800x600 on a 15'' monitor.
• CPU 100 MHz.

I think your configuration starts to work fine with:

• NT4 or 2000 OS. (I use 2000)
• Disk access at 100 MB/s.
• 128 MB of memory.
• Screen resolution of 1024x728 on a 17'' monitor switched on.
• CPU > 200 MHz.
